Critical infrastructure
Data centers, networks and the campuses that keep them cool and connected.
Heat leaves the inner ring and is taken up by the outer one. Nothing is vented.
What we do
We plan and deliver data centers and campuses as one energy system. Cooling from geothermal loops, waste heat sold to greenhouses, fish farms and district networks, redundant power and fibre, and on-site storage with long-term power contracts so the operator knows its costs for a decade.
Data center campus design cooled by geothermal loops, with heat treated as a product.
Waste-heat capture from compute into aquaculture, greenhouses and district heating.
Network and power redundancy engineering for operators of essential services.
Behind-the-meter storage and PPAs for data centers and telecom sites.
- Site selection and permitting
- Power and cooling engineering
- Operations partnerships
Market view
AI compute is outgrowing the grids it plugs into. Sites are now chosen for available power and cooling before anything else, and the operators who can turn waste heat into a second revenue stream have an advantage in permitting and in price. Central Europe has geothermal resources, cheap land and grid capacity that Frankfurt and Amsterdam no longer have. That is where the next generation of campuses will go.
